Score!
So, I went to the bank today and the teller had on a ribbon that said, "If I don't ask you about credit cards, I owe you a dollar." I'm the kind of person who's always secretly hoping they don't hand me a receipt so I can get my whole meal free (well, who doesn't hope that?) so I was watching her very carefully, waiting for the pitch. But, she handed me my receipt without a word about credit cards and said "Is there any thing else I can do for you?" and I said, "I guess you owe me a dollar." And she totally gave it to me!
Sadly, this has been the best thing to happen in about a week, but oh well. I'm getting by, but very busy. The newspaper starts up again this weekend, and there is all kinds of craziness and I have to write an article about the Peace Corps tonight (typically waiting until the very last second to do it). School starts next week and before that Jesse gets here! That will make me happy enough to forget all the busy craziness, at least for a bit.
Then it is back to my ridiculous schedule. Hurray!
