School's Out!
It's about time! I don't have to go back to that place for 3 months!
I leave for France in a week! I'm so excited! I can't wait to get outa Hudsonville for at least the time being. Hopefully a new culture and a new lifestyle for a week will rejuvenate me.
Apparently I'm not cool anymore because I have an LJ and not a Xanga. Well, I'm sorry, but I am old school and you'll just have to keep reading this. At least I hope you do. And a few comments once in a while would be nice too. I haven't had those in a long time.
The sun is finally coming out. I actually got somewhat of a tan. The shoulders got burnt tho. Not complaining. I want some color before I leave. It's nice not to have to go to school anymore, but it hasn't really kicked in yet. I still feel like I have to go back. I had to go drop off some passport info for a teacher today for our trip and I told her that it doesn't feel right that I didn't have to get up. I thought I would actually be able to sleep in for a little bit today, but I was wrong. I got woken up at 6 to lay out on the couch and babysit my cousins til my mom got home. Then I got woken up again to go back to sleep. Then again to get up and go run errands cuz she couldn't watch the three kids at her appt. Amazing.
I'm a bad girl. I haven't done my physical therapy exercises in a week. Oops. I know it's gonna just take away from my getting better, so maybe I'll go do those.

**speaking of deaf kids, we have deaf neighbors and they had a little girl who is also deaf... and since she can't hear herself, she screams all the time! grrr! **
