Though there are two big things that I do know that she's afraid of- Something happening to her brothers and being vulnerable.
Losing her brothers is probably on the top of the list of her fears. She doesn't mother hen them and worry about them all the time, but if either of them were in danger or hurt at all... Temari would be very upset. She'd become mopey or very protective, and depending on the situation she might even become hysterical. She would not be able to think clearly at all and would get serious and her anxiety could make her into such a bundle of nerves that she would be snapping and flipping out over the smallest things.
And the vulnerable part, I will try to keep from being too much but basically she would hate feeling inferior, powerless and embarrassed. Pretty much if there is a situation where she would look weak (mentally, physically, emotionally, whatever) she will try to turn it around so that she can still retain some sort of control. This often comes across as her being angry and defensive, but there are times where she can keep her cool long enough to just walk away... and then find somewhere to freak out by herself until she gets over it.
I'll work on figuring out other fears and add them on with other comments as I finish them. :D
