I had to share this
So my Millermates and I were talking about The Big Sleep (the book we're reading for Lowbrow right now) and how it portrayed its world. This happened:
Me: All the women he runs into in the bookstores sound like they could be porn stars. I mean, who sees people like that in bookstores?
Malcolm: *quietly raises hand*
I'm still wondering exactly why I didn't follow that up with "Malcolm, what kind of bookstores do you GO to?"
OH. ALSO. MUCH MORE IMPORTANT. Look where my resume of Yearbook and Journalism got me on the staff. I don't have my position yet, but I shall know SOON!
