The One Where Sarah's Stuck In Phoenix...
So…it sucks when you get up in the morning with the intention of making the two hour drive back to Flagstaff only to find out that the only freeway that you can take to get there (well, the only straight shot anyway) is closed down completely because of a brush fire. Now…normally I would say whatever you can’t prevent nature…except that the fire was MAN MADE! Meaning…some moron probably finished their cigarette and threw it out their window, thus starting a fire, or they were lighting a cigarette and they threw the match out the window. I swear…people are dumb, and now I can’t go home unless I decide to take the super long route through Payson and make the normally 2 hour trip a 4 (or more) hour trip. So I’m stuck in Phoenix for tonight with the hope that maybe the freeway will be open in the morning. If it’s not, I’ll be making the 4 hour drive in my old car with no AC…AKA…either the car will die…or I will have a heat stroke!
Alright…enough ranting. So I saw Phantom of the Opera on Saturday night and it was absolutely fabulous. I enjoyed it immensely, and I want to see it again!
