This was really good! I love Mac so much, and I love how you really got in to her head. And the idea that her future would consist of boyfriend after boyfriend because she believes in love but not that she can ever have it. Very well done.

Logan/Veronica is my big VM ship, but I am a Dick/Mac fan, because it just fits -- the whole broken people coming together thing. I liked their scene, and Dick and Mac's back and forth about whether he's dead or hallucinating or dreaming or drunk. And the flash of Dick drinking at a bar and spilling the drink -- that was so sad!

I liked how the whole story seemed to have Mac's dry humor, and all the ghosts were VERY well done (probably my favorite part). I really liked Mac's comment about how the ghosts were a string of Logan's girlfriends. And the crazy cat lady was cute (sad, too, but it made me snort).

Also: Veronica being "pro-Dick" and that whole conversation was very well done. In other words, I loved this whole story! Good job. :)

Oh, I just thought of another thing! (My head is spinning with how much I love this in a fangirlish way) I liked the off-handed comment Parker made about Lilly and Meg keeping Veronica from getting herself killed. Considering how often she gets in trouble, she HAS to have some sort of "guardian angel"!

Thanks for reading and all the comments. I'm glad that you liked that story, and Mac's voice throughout it. I was a little nervous because I've never written Mac as the main character before.

The ghosts were probably my favorite part to write. Their interaction with Mac and the way they showed her what they had to show her (I've never had to write any real 'magic' or 'supernatural' stuff, it was a lot more fun than I thought it would be).

The future stuff was really sad and hard to write, but fun in a way.

Thanks again for reading and I'm glad you liked it.
