Yeah, I basically lived at Covent Garden during 2nd term when I was the musical director for an Original Kids show (their theatre is on the upper floor). As for indian restaurants, Matt and I ate at Jewel of India a few times and we really liked it. It's on Richmond Street, close to Dundas. I also really like Jambalaya, which is Thai/Carribean/Cajun food. There is a lot of spicy stuff there, but also a few mild options. It's also on Richmond, across from Mongolian Grill (also good), and it's in a house. I've also heard that Under the Volcano (also on Richmond) is good, but I never ate there, and I'm not sure what kind of food they have. So, basically, go to Richmond St. and check out the restaurants along there. There is also a really good (somewhat pricey) restaurant attached to Covent Garden, but I'm not sure what it is called.

As for good bars, I really like Molly Blooms (Richmond...again). They often have live bands that are pretty good. Some of my friends liked the Thorny Devil (a club), but I'm not much of the clubbing type, so I didn't go often.

Anyway, hope that helps!

OH, and if you're looking to go out for a movie, but don't want to pay full price, check out the Rainbow Cinemas...they're in the Galleria Mall downtown.

Ooooh, and go to Angelo's sometime...there are 3 of them in London. It's like, this giant Deli, and you can get really good desserts there, and have lunch there and eat gelato.

Okay, that's it for the suggestions from me :)

Well, Matt and I made a point of going to a different restaurant every week from about February - April, so I've been around :)
