Gone from his bed in hospital. No sign of where or how he might've gotten out.

[She looks a little concerned at this.] I see...

I spoke with Aoyama-san earlier, and she told me something a little... worrying. *pauses.* About him.

[her expression softens somewhat.] ...Del? What'd she say?

At some point, Gouka-san told her that... he was very unstable, mentally and emotionally. He said he'd gone insane once before, some time before either of you met, I imagine.

[Bites her lip.] He was probably trying to keep from worrying you, but I think it's something you should know. If this is the second time he's gone over the edge... [Pauses.] I'm not sure he'll be able to come back.

[she listens intently, brow still furrowed deeply. By the end of it, her normally bright eyes were narrowed, lips set into a tight line.]

If he's already been round the twist and back, I have absolute faith he'll be fine. He's a strong man and can get through this. He can get through anything.

Emeraude-san... people have limits. It's good to be optimistic, but you shouldn't get your hopes up like this...
