Maybe I should explain why beauty is so important to me. I am not materialistic (in my view, anyway), but beauty is essential in my life. Natural beauty is extremely rare, especially when found in trees and other aspects of the outdoors. I prefer being outside than reading a book inside, though reading is one of my pastimes. Also, youthfulness does not necessarily mean that you are well adjusted, but if you truly are a beautiful person inside and out, it is easier for you to be so.

let's say you are a princess
What time period would you rule in?: Oh dear. I have trouble with this...either Tudor times or a long way before, such as during the Celtic period.
Which country or region would you rule over?: The British Isles would be fantastic.
Which monarch (mythical or real) do you most admire (in terms of political ability, court life, looks, etc)?: Maeve, the queen of Ireland in Celtic legend who is able to charm men to do her bidding and politically is capable of outmaneuvering them. She was said to have been very beautiful and strong. She is even said to have fought in battles alongside the great Celtic warrior, Cu Chulainn. Also, I love her name! Not that I'm anything like Maeve whatsoever, but something in the legend just strikes me about her. Perhaps she seems rough and manipulative in the story, but for back in Iron Age Britain it must have taken her a lot of fortitude to even make it into the legend at all.

Describe your court and your wardrobe: My court would be full of my closest friends and my prince. We would have dancing and bards to sing to us. We would have grand feasts and games to amuse us. As for my wardrobe...anything in a jewel tone that looks grand and elegant would please me.
Describe your prince (or princess!):
Which comes first: your prince or your ladies-in-waiting?: Tough call. I will say my ladies-in-waiting, because they have been there for me to make me feel better when I've had no prince.
How do you view/feel about love?: I have never been in love, but when I do meet the right person I fully intend to spend the rest of my life with them and be a dutiful and supportive mate. I'm a very caring person but if he loves me for my faults as well then there is nothing I wouldn't do for him.
