i woke up early, ate some toast, folded some laundry, went to CSE and did some hill sprints, came home and did pushups and crunches, showered, facebooked, watched tv, laundry, burned lia the wolfmother cd, updated my ipod with stadium arcadium, watched tv, and now im here.
