Yay Obama!
I would like to slap my fellow Americans a high five for electing Obama. I am so glad we proved to be a country that's not all talk about 'look how far we've come' and 'wanting change.' You can't argue with numbers (or the electoral college.) :)
Thank you jun_inohara for calling me the minute you knew the election results. ^_^ I had fun gleefully being the first one to know at my school and spreading the word. :D
I think the highlight of watching the election results over here was the cute spin 'News Zero' put on it. Next to the pie chart that clearly showed the victory belonged to Obama, they had a little CG figure of him jumping for joy...while an equally cute but tearful McCain figure slumped in defeat.
Gotta love Japanese news shows. ^_^
