I have a friend who works for Target who kindly pulled out some of their Halloween signing for me after the holiday. It was awfully kind of her to go through the trouble, so I was determined to find something to make out of the 20 or so pieces of merchandising signing that she had brought to me. After some thought, an exacto knife, a few print outs, some white and black card stock and LOTS of time, I have a new wall border for my living room. Let me know what you think. :)
