I finally got my doggie.
This is my new puppaz! She is a one-year-old 3/4 pomeranian and 1/4 American Eskimo. Her name is Poa, after a small Aleutian island off the coast of Alaska. The island is near Attu, the namesake of my grandparents' American Eskimo dog who was born the same year I was and who I grew up with. I named her in honor of him.
She is the sweetest cuddler in the world, and loves to give big hugs! Already she is making me more sane, thus reversing the effects the evil OSU Comm department has had on my psyche.
Her previous owner thought it was a good idea to shave her beautiful fluffy coat, so once it grows back (and maybe before that) there might be more pictures to come...especially ones NOT taken on my phone. lol.
