LOL it seems like I've done this dieting thing forever and every time I get good at it something happens to mess it up lol. This time around of course it was the pregnancy. I wanted to get back in shape before I got pregnant but that didn't happen. Like I said I'm always falling off the wagon. Well this time I'm not going to. I want to get fit so I can play with my baby girl and not feel so tired all the time. I want to have energy to be able to run around and go up stairs without getting winded. So I started back on weight watchers this past week. Thursday is my weigh in days now which actually works out because that means I can use my flex points on the weekends. I think I was weighing in on Fridays when I was doing it with Emily so Thursday isn't really that much different. Sandy also got me the EA Active Personal Trainer game for the Wii and it came with a resistance band and a leg strap to track your movement. It's great because it really does work and I am feeling it today. There is cardio exercises along with strength training. Then there is also a 30 day challenge where they give you up to 18 exercises to do a day. They do different ones every day and they give you specific days to rest and exercise. Like I said it really does work because I was sweating while I was doing it and today I'm feeling it in my muscles. I could totally do this every day but I'm also going to try and get some walking in as well because I love the walking video's lol. When we move I'll be able to do them better. Right now packing and cleaning is getting my moving and what not so I don't need to do the walking too. I also need to get my butt in gear because the Disney trip is 2 months and 4 weeks away! OMG I can't believe how fast time is going. So I weighed in at 215 last Thursday so we'll see how I did this week. My first goal is to get down to 200 because it's a smallish goal and I need to get out of the 200's. Then I want to lose 15 more from there for the Disney Trip. So 30 in 3 months I think I can do it. If I don't no big deal but I do want to try my best. And once Melody starts crawling I'll have someone to run around after lol. So I've got a pretty good mind set right now. I want to get out of my size 20 pants! That's the biggest I've ever had to buy but they are loose on me so that's good. But 18's are just a bit too tight. Not too bad but I wanted to be comfortable so I got the 20's. I only have 1 pair though lol. I also have to eat extra points because I'm breast feeding. So I'm eating 35 points, that's 27 plus 8 for breast feeding. Sometimes I find it hard to eat all of them but because of it I haven't gone over that bad this week. I still get my 35 flex points which is good but like I said I haven't really needed them. I'm trying not to over do it because of the extra points because I won't have them once I'm done breast feeding. So like I said I'm feeling pretty good this time around. And if all works out by next summer I'll be looking really good. 135 here I come ;-) But for now 200 here I come!! Ok I need to get going. I'm gonna do some cleaning while Melody naps and then I'm gonna work on finishing Melody's birthday fairy. So TTYL!!
