good things are a comin'
Good things are starting to happen again. I got into all my classes I need for Spring semester and I don't have to take a class at Central which I originally thought was going to happen (I couldn't get an override :(). I will be cutting back on my work hours a little bit, so that will be good, maybe I can spend more time on school than I did this semester. I have my final tomorrow for nutrition and realized I don't really need to care about this class this much since I am already in vet school. I will pass no matter what, so that is a good feeling. I put up my Christmas tree and Christmas lights, so things are festive. I am starting to get some of my Christmas shopping done too although I still have a long way to go and I need to start wrapping presents.
I am sad because a lot of my friends are starting to up and leave Michigan. I know they have better opportunities wherever they are going, but it just makes me sad to know that it's not going to be the same ever again. I will be so busy next year with school and knowing that not many of my friends will be around just makes it worse. I suppose it's just part of growing up and knowing that soon we will all be married and have jobs and separate lives. It will never be the same as it once was.
