okies still am sick :(
been sick since sunday, so that's 5 days (my maximum is 7 days, an indicator i really have to see the doc real soon). went out on sun & tue anyways, coz was so bored at home.
closet cleaned & recategorized :) so left to decide whether i want to throw away past notes and textbooks. i realized that i might need a bookshelf! the ones ame has at her home (study room).
a list of my wedding/open house gifts:
(1) 2 high book shelves & 2 beanie bags - ame/hali/juni
(2) baking & cooking utensils plus a posh dining set - iap peeps
(3) artsy clock for the living room - iskandar
(4) large 4m by 3m mirror for the living room - fadzrun
(5) Toshiba pink washing machine - my future mother-in-law
(6) water filtration system - my parents
(7) an acrylic drawing board where messages can be written and erased - rahimah
(8) electronic dustbin with sensors (it can sense your "hand" throwing something and will automatically open) - gwen & mei
(9) shoes compartment from ikea OR super multi purpose vacuumn cleaner - fatma & shafi (still pending, undergoing discussions)
the theme is Mediterranean, so warm colors like red, orange and yellow for the toilets, living room and master bedroom/walk in closet.
study room and guest room will have those cool pastel colors like blue, green and white.
my kitchen will look like martha stewart's talkshow kitchen, with hanging pots and pans :) or maybe i will go minimalist hehe...
