Had a get together with Ame, Hali & Juni. Was great! Met at Ame's house around 10am (okay I arrived late, at 11am) and then watched 8 Mile (that Eminem movie) whilst eating the scrumptious breakfast prepared by Ame (Eggs with herbs, bacon strips, corn bread - I think and this potato thingy). We just slacked around (and I almost forgot to pray Zuhur!) and finally got our butts out of her house by 5.30pm, along with Yusry to Parkway Parade.

It was raining real heavily, Yusry used my hot pink umbrella and the girls shared two to an umbrella. We ate at Banquet (I ate sea food hor fun) and then walked around Isetan for a while. Then parted, Halija and I took 43 back to Serangoon and I sent her off at another bus stop to take 101 back to her house.

It is nice to just have girl chats together.... miss doing that! It is not the "gossipy" type, but more about our deepest fears, dreams and happenings in life.... I love them :)

Tomorrow going to meet my IAP peeps. They are another great bunch of friends... we may not really talk about our secrets and personal thoughts sort of thing... but we always have great fun and laughs when we meet. I can't wait to meet them! We are having "Tea" at J's Wok and Grill, somewhere in Bedok North Street 3 and then for dessert, going to my ever famous, The Cheesecake Cafe. Superb! Hope we will not get lost though.

My boyfriend (and future husband), Ehsan is a Shiite (and I am not). In the view of the mainstream Muslims in Singapore, "that" branch of the Islam religion is seen as rather deviated and to a certain extent "wrong". However he is an immensely wonderful human being to ever exist in my life. Our love is quirky, sincere and nice. No one should make any judgments without knowing who the person is really like. Come what may, I will not leave him. A conscious decision I have made and will keep to. I predict enormous challenges, but GOD will not burden me with things I could not handle. I pray that HE will show us the way and make us better individuals.
