Work related
We've been short-staffed the last few weeks but things are looking up. The girl that was hired last week is doing all right; her roommate was hired yesterday and starts training this morning (has open availability like the other girl). And we hired a girl with nighttime availability (after 5/5:50pm) all week that I'll train next week (it would be too much for me with training the one girl in the morning, working a double on Friday and Saturday, and to have have to train someone at night while I'm trying to get over this bug). And I'm basically done with next week's schedule *crosses fingers and knocks on wood* -- I just have to tweak a few things.
And we have another potential hire with open availability. And one of the whiny crybabies (one of the ones that never wants to work, calls in often with some excuse or another -- normally bullshit and at the last minute -- and complains) is mostly on their way out. Soon. And that makes me very very happy b/c they've been working my last damn nerve for about a month now. :D
