Suing is not something you can do casually. Suing isn't something that will take a few weeks. It's not something you can do without already having money. It's not something you should threaten at the drop of a hat. It's not something you should do without reading the law and knowing it by heart. It's not something without physical and emotional repercussions. The customer is not always right.
