Recently, I've been working on my graphics editing skills, using PSP since Adobe isn't on my computer. The results are that Mint Adnade is turning into a very skewed version of what I think Vera would look like, and I've lj-cut the image below. On the left is my edit (done with mainly layers, color balance, brightness, the smudge tool, saturation, and very careful point-to-point freehand selection), and on the right is the original image. I haven't added the staff's shadow back, and the dress is in edit, and so on, but this is kind of the idea...
