I am done with finals!!!! Not that I am excited. After not being able to go to sleep last night (again) I got up at around 9:30, after being woken up by Daisy approximately 2 hours before (I love getting like 5 hours of sleep, really, I do). I went over my physics exam, fixing one of the problems and then worked on trying to get some form of a media player to play my music without using 100% of my CPU. That has not been going so well. What on earth is wrong with my computer? It is insanely slow. When I get back home to Knoxville it is going to to be looked at. I have been having issues with the headphone jack for about a year or so and when I went to see if it could quickly be fixed over winter break, they told me that the problem could be a motherboard problem. Is that why my computer is so ridiculously slow. I don't want to have to give up my computer for a long time. Yes, I can use my parents but I like mine (for the most part and when it works).
Back to my original topic, I went to turn in my physics exam. Some girl was there talking to him about how she needed more time on her exam and that she needed help. I turned in my exam and gave him the homework that had not been given full points (10 points of extra credit). I hopped over to the Res Life office and they were shockingly there. I turned in our apartment contracts. I don't see why we need to have contracts, our rooms are pretty much like normal rooms here. Only we have a kitchen, a bathroom and two rooms. So annoying. I mean, they were telling us stuff that applies to every dorm room here on campus. I would think they would be more concerned with us having a stove and a fire place. There has been talk of us acquiring a mini blowtorch. I want one to make Creme Brule and Stephanie wants one to weld something. I think I might just live without making creme brule. Seems much safer and well dorm legal.
My parents got up to S. Hadley yesterday. They dropped by and took me out to dinner. Real food is amazing. I am so tired of "eating" dorm food (and by eating, I mean picking at). We first went to the Odyssey because my father really likes the store. I am glad he does, he gives them a lot of money for my textbooks. We at Fedora's and then I returned to the room to work on my exam. Gilmore Girls was watched.
Around 10 or so, we headed outside to play with this inflatable ball that Stephanie got at the all campus picnic a couple of weeks back. We have been hitting it around the room for a while but we took the game outside and Xtreme Fuuzball was born. It's pretty much like volley ball but so much cooler. After a while outside we returned inside and played Xtrmeme Fuuzball Miniplay, Xtreme Fuuzball on a smaller scale. It was a lot of fun. We are so weird. I am currently working on updating my photo albums on my lovely website so the entire world can know the wonderfulness of Xtreme Fuuzball.
Oh, my mom talked to the man who is in charge of my church's website and she said he would love for me to work on it this summer. Dad also said that I could do his website as well. Excitement!
Ok, why the heck is my computer running at 100% CPU? I have this open, aim, my post it notes program and the task manager open. I am not even playing music. My computer is evil. It seems to be work ok, I guess. This is so annoying. I need my computer to work, not be weird all the time. Grrr.
