I am fairly certain there is no point to this post but...

For a while during freshmen year in high school, Allison and I would randomly break into song, singing this one song from 1776. Allison was in the musical and I, well, have no real excuse that I can think of. We must have driven everyone mad, but it was very funny then and even now. I miss that.

Because you all wanted to know, the music cleaning and organizing has not gone so well. I got some stuff cleaned but really I spent much of my time staring at what other people have on their computers. And not downloading. Um, I don't do that. Illegal. Yeah. But anyway there was much staring into space with no thinking involved. If you are on a big college with a high speed internet connection or just really lucky like me, you should check out DC++. It is the best. Honestly better than itunes (which is as we all know, the reason for my broadway problem). Speaking of itunes, the new version is rather annoying with those little arrows that take you to the music store. I keep hitting them instead of the song, and it takes me to the stupid music store. Why I would want to purchase another copy of my music is beyond me. I already own it, why yes, I would love to pay more money for something I can currently listen to for free. Itunes has certain advantages, like mytunes and such but I am really not a big fan of the new version, I wish I had not upgraded. And a party mix? Um, that's ok.

I think I shall go wash my hair, although I think I washed recently. Seeing that I am sure what day it is, I can't be so certain. I always feel like I am wandering through fog during finals, everything is hazy and all I can remember is the information for the exams (I hope) and everything else is questionable. The day of the week, if I took my medicine or not, if I ate or not, that sort of thing. I called my mother yesterday to wish her a happy mother's day and while the phone rang, I couldn't remember why I was calling and if it really was mother's day. Frankly I think finals should be banned. Some people seem to stay sane, how to they do it?

Stephanie got a banana at Wilder today. You might be wondering why this is livejournal worthy but it is. Really. You see, last year, Stephanie and Stephanie began a tradition of throwing their really old fruit out the window. It started with stale baked goods and moved on to fruit. And the tradition has continued. They still do it. I am ashamed to say, that I have also participated in this "interesting" hobby. But anyway, now they are not just getting their fruit from grab and go food that they didn't eat but they are specifically searching for it. OK, the banana Stephanie took was practically black and it is now oozing on my window sill as it waits for it's new home on the pavement. The thing I really don't get is why they put out fruit at dinner or M&Cs that has clearly seen many a better day and yet they think that they will eat it. While I do not really approve of the defenestration of fruit, I have to say, I think this is a better use for it than just letting it ooze in the bowl with all the other black bananas.

I think I might start my physics exam now. Kathryn is almost done with it. Done! Insane. Xad is packing and her stuff is ever encroaching into my area. I am sorry, I have space issues. I do with her at least. And last year when Elizabeth never unpacked from spring break and then all of her stuff was on my side of the room. So I will glare at Daisy although I know it will do no good. She does not understand subtlety. Or when I sing loudly rather mean lyrics about her. I am not being subtle when I sing about her either.

People are leaving to go home. I want to go home.

Quote of the Day:
Xad zup zups foudly.
