Dear Nick,
I'm writing this live journal entry just for you.. so you better be happy now!! In preparation for writing a live journal entry all about you.. I consulted my good old school paper journal for some material.. I had to drudge up some of the good old stuff for ya.. cuz my current feelings aren't really all that intersting... so here goes...
Looking back.. honestly.. you weren't the worst ex I've ever had.. but you weren't the best. You clearly had some issues with commitment and relationships.. either that or just found me very unattractive.. and frankly.. we all know it couldn't be the second option :) You were hung up on some pretty odd stuff in my book: age (which you knew when we started dating), my ex being a girl (which to me, is just closed minded.. but ok..) me ppossibly moving to DC (which is barely something I even talked about). For someone who claimed they were looking for something serious, you were fooling yourself. Realistically.. you weren't ready for the relationship you claimed to have wanted.. and really.. it sucks to be you.. you missed out on a great opportunity with a great girl :) Too bad you didn't meet me a little later.. I bet over a drink we would have been stellar.... but as is life.. timing.. is a bitch.
Nah.. it's all good. I have no hard feelings.. and honestly I didn't even bad mouth you after the fact in my journal.. I pretty much said the same thing I say now.. it was bad timing and you weren't looking for what you said you were.. or you were lieing.. either way, bad sign. You gave me a good taste of what a real, grown-up relationship felt like.. and I will always be greatful to you for that.. it was a good taste of what things could be like if I found a good guy and its nice to have that as a reference... not to mention you humored me and went to the ballet.. which was very cool in my book.. and the zoo was a good time too... you're a good guy and someone is going to be very luck to be with you.. even though you are a republican :)
