If you go there, you'll get a pop up then an envelope appears at the corner. Click on it, and go to page two where it shows Valentines to send on Kingdom Hearts Mobile. One of of the possible ones to send is Roxas and Axel giving Valentines, I think (with Namine by herself on the other half of the card.
