I have ordered products for eye treatment
Mainly to cure these 3 major eye care problems:

And have much research and observations, I learnt that this is NOT eyebag. Eyebag is something that puff up when u do not smile, the area directly under your eyes is swollen and puffy. For my case, it is because my skin is loose near the cheek area. Hence, the extra fats ended up under the eye area.
