Oh my GOD!!! I very rarely write about my real life on here, but this time I really just have to say it and no one is awake yet...Wow. Ok. So when decided to I apply for an internship to work on the Late Night with Conan O'Brien show, it was pretty much a joke to get my ass in gear and force me to prep my resume for "real" jobs and internships. But this morning I got a call from them and they said they want to interview me for one of the positions! WHOA!!! Sorry, I'm completely in shock. My friend and I were joking right before I sent my application that there is basically no reason to think they would be interested in me at all. My major has nothing to do with the entertainment business, nor have I had any experience in that area. But for some reason, they want to interview me. I know this doesn't mean I "got it", but still, I wasn't even expecting to get to that stage. Whew! Well, I'm off to check flights now 'cause, folks, I'm going to NY!
