Hmm...the people who work at Delta's service center in Atlanta are a bit surly, and not very helpful. The people who work the gate in Pittsburgh are...well, I'm in Atlanta. The people who work their International Customer Service phone lines? Quite polite and understanding. But apparently they can't upgrade our seats, and I need to talk to someone in the airport in Atlanta for that. Hrmph.
