(no subject)
Wow....so it's been awhile since I've entered a entry about anything really! So...what has happened in the last couple of months.
I turned the BIG 21!!! on the 15th of May! If i go to america I can drink...YaY! Didn't do anything exciting, did the lunch with the grandparents, the dinner with Brad's family, the drinks with friends, the dinner with my family! Overall was pretty glad it was over. But I got my puppy, and a beautiful garden, a fridge, a dinning suit, some earings and lots of other stuff...I was very spoilt!
Brad and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary in July, wow, seems like such a long time....many more special years ahead of us...I love you baby!
My nan passed away on July 7th....It was a very rough time for everyone, she died peacefully in her sleep, but she was a sick lady, and where ever she is...she's not in any more pain. I love you nan. She would have been 80 this month, god bless her, and I hope that she is proud of everything I have a achieved, because I'm so proud of everything she's been through. Shantell got up at the funeral to read our family speach, there was noooo way that I could have done it! I was a mess through the whole thing.
Brad was great...he was so supportive, even though he was really sick! It was great to see my aunty and cousins, its a shame it was under those circumstances.
Brad and I have been in our new house for 3 months now, and not much has changed, working 45 hour weeks doesn't really give you a chance to do much!!! We will have the house painted hopefully by the end of the month, if I have to look at more pale green walls for much long I think I'll spew! I wouldn't mind paying someone to paint it actually, so if anyone knows anyone cheap for painting the inside of a house, please let me know!!! There's still lots of little things that need doing...cleaning up the spare room (still boxes in there that need unpacking)....there's afew big thing's i'd like to do to the house too! We need to get some shutters put on the left side of the house, there is quiet a bright sun that comes through, which generates quiet a lot of heat, and I can only imagine in summer what kind of torture it will be!!! I'd like to get the concrete area out the back stenciled, and make another driveway for another car, I desperatly need to do the front garden, but I want to use some sand stone bricks to make the gardens, than the ugly brick looking pavers that are being used at the moment. So I wouldn't mind hiring a professional landscaper to do that as well...AHAHAHAHAHA....maybe I need a money tree first :)
I've been studying a MYOB and accounting course since I'm going to be taking over Accounts here at work, its such amazing software, I really don't know how people used to go without it! I'm really enjoying learning, I think I'm going to take afew one day courses later on... just to keep my brain going!!!! I forgot how rewarding learning really is..!! (how neardy can I sound).
Belinda and Colin (brad's brother and sister-in-law) brought a new house as well, they moved in the weekend before last, and will be building a brand new house in the back yard for them to be living while her dad lives in the front house!!!
My beautiful niece (well technically Brad's niece but if you ask me she's mine as well!!!) was brought into the world last month, omg, is she cute or what!!! I'll have to post photos...once again when I get the chance!!!
I sold Herbie on the weekend, his been sitting in brad's dad's car yard for about 6 months now, and a teenage girl brought him over the weekend, and drove away with him yesterday :(:( quiet sad, some much blood, sweat, fights, tears, pain went into that car, but I spose I couldn't keep it forever, its a nice memory of my dad and i!!!
Well I think I've bored everyone (who is still reading this) enough now...hopefully i'll be able to update a little bit more reguarly from now on...mwah xxxx
