Official statistic: 80% turnover in staff, overall.

Males to females in upper management: 60/20 %

Males to females in lower roles of head office: 40/60%

Males to females in management of stores: 90/10 %

Males to females in cashier/shitkicker roles: 40/60%

What are the other 20% in upper management? Animal, vegetable or mineral?

The reason about the headphones is quite old really. Managers follow an older style of managing - where headphones, piercings and other abnormalities aren't seen as professional. So, even if you don't deal directly w/a customer - you're not professional.
