job interview
Just a small update because I'm actually not allowed to surf at work...
I applied for a job as a move coordinator at another moving company which is located a lot closer to Bern. I sent this application on yesterday, and today I got a first phone call from the staff responsable asking if I had a a few minutes to answer her a few questions. As it was not yet possible to answer her in quiet - cafeteria and also conference room were both occupied - we agreed that she would call back around lunch time.
She did call again around lunch time and she posed me her questions about what kind of work I'm doing right now and why I would want to change. It seems that I said the right things, because, in the end, she asked me if we could do a proper job interview. I most definitely agreed. *g*
I find it most interesting that she invited me to an interview, even though she knew that I'm *just* an assistant trying to do the next step. Or perhaps that was exactly the reason for the interview... Anyway, I'll have the interview next Monday, 8 October, and I'm already a bit nervous about it. Please keep your fingers crossed for me between 11 AM and 12AM. I can use a lot of luck here. :)
