Fireworks melt my face!
Weekends are great! I actually had Saturday and Sunday off this weekend. Friday i had to work, but we were kinda dead b/c of the holiday weekend and everyone was outta town, so pretty much we all sat around and chatted it up. Good times!! I love the people i work with, they make working so much more fun!! They are so laid back. Saturday I went to Jake's family thing to eat some good food and play this "warsher" game. Hard to explain, but i found out once again i wasn't very good at it. But they all supported me. I love his family, they are all so nice and include me in everything. They actually like me more than him, but we can't let him know that! That same day i tore off the bottom of my foot. I was running in the grass to get a basketball and something sharp was on the ground and tore right into my foot. i thought i was going to have to amputate it, but luckily there was a nurse there and bandaged me all up! But it hurt so bad, i could barely walk on it. Later that night we met Bryan and Nick at Tumbleweed....it seems like i am there everyday, even when i am not working...Ohh well it is so good! We then went to the Drive-in and saw War of the Worlds...not as good as i thought it would be by the way!!!
Sunday i went to church with Jake, played volleyball for about 2 hours in the scorching sun!!! OMG was it hot, but i love the game and had a very good time...even though Jake and I were both a little rusty! Later that night we went out to some party at David and Trish's house....Lots of food once again and FIREWORKS!!!! AHHHHH....i love me some fireworks!! Thunder Over Louisville is my all time favorite...but the 4th is nice too. Jake brought a blanket and we laid together under the stars watching the sky be lit up with beautiful colors, it was so romantic...if only we didnt have loud drunk adults everywhere. LoL Monday, i had to work till about 1:00, then my mom and I went to find me a bed spread...i found one yea...now all i need is some curtains and i think i am set until i move in and get some bathroom things! Then Jake took me to Mark's Feed Store with Bryan for dinner. It was good food, and the best part was they had fee dessert! Then it was off to Bryan's to play some ping pong...which i need some practice! Then we met his brother and drank a little and watched my fireworks!! Drinking and fireworks...a great combo!!!! well not really together, b/c i would probably hurt someone!! Anyways, that was my weekend...reading it might be a little boring, but just wanted to catch you up on what was going on in my life!!!
