Sunny Days!
I had a uber great weekend. Friday, of course i had to work. BLAH! But i did get to bus and walked out with $40 in my pocket. Plus it was pay day. Yay!!! Saturday i got up and took a shower and Jake came and got me around 12:00. We were headed to Columbia, where Sarah, Jesse, Brandon, and Arnold live. Well we stopped off at Bardstown Rd to get gas and beer for Jake. We didnt wanna get back on Gene Synder b/c it was really backed up. So we went down Bardstown Rd toward Mt. Washington to get on I-65 there. Well we didnt take the right turn and went 20 mins out of our way. So we turned around and FINALLy made it to I-65. We then got off at the Hodgenville/Paducah exit and turned right instead of going straight. Again 25 mins outta the way. We ended up in UPTON(hmmmm..lol)
So we turned around and went back to E-town. Finally we were headed in the right directions.....a simple 1hr 1/2 trip turned into almost a 3 hour drive. YUCK....This wasnt the fun part, if you cant tell. :) Columbia is nothing but land and trees and horses...not even any alcohol...i dont understand how people live out there. BLAH! So when we arrived we went HORSE BACK riding. I have never been before and at first i was scared to death. But i did really good. Jake on the other hand had a very wild horse that almost bucked him off before we even started. We packed some bags full of beer, and a screwdriver for me and off we went for like 2 hours. My butt hurts so bad. Once we got done it was off to the pool, which felt so good since it was like 110 degrees outside. Then it was off to the hot tub...OMG i love hot tubs i could have stayed in there all night long. With a drink in my hand and all warmed and lovin on my baby, my night was set. Arnolds day brought out some BOX WINE right before we ate and i had a glass...i couldnt really get the real taste since i had vodka in me anyways. after we ate, my stomach felt awful. I mean i didnt know what to do i felt so bad. I dont know if it was the food or the BOX wine. My Jake-ums took care of me and everything ended up great. He really knows how to make me feel a lot better, and hold my hand the whole time i need him!!! The only bad part about this whole weekend was that we had to rush home so we could both go to work! BLAH! OH well....this weekend was awesome!
P.S. almost one month until i move into the apt!!! but someone needs to move out first...that would be great!!!
