i HATE creepy crawlies
last night, i had an encounter with not one but TWO hideous creepy crawlies.
my air con was on which means all my windows and doors were shut tight. but somehow or rather, i heard this weird noise above me and horror of horrors it was a STUPID BEETLE. i seriously hate beetles. AND cockroaches. these two are like my worst nightmares. put them infront of my face i'll just cry and faint for you to see.
anyway my first encounter was with a beetle. damn beetle. did i already mention that i hate beetles? the thought of it being in the same room with me just irks me. i have no idea how the hell it even got into my room when all my doors and windows were shut. i hope there isn't like a family building its home somewhere in my room. so i switched off all the lights, open the door, turn on the light outside my room to attempt to lure it out. so smart right. hur hur.
there was nothing much i could do in a room of darkness so i decided to go shower. and it was in my bathroom that i had my second encounter. geez man what are the chances? two encounters within less than 10 mins. wah lau.
so there i was showering when i spotted this black spot above me. i wasn't wearing my glasses ( duhhh who the hell showers with their glasses on) so i couldn't really see what it was. so i went on happily showering away and thinking nevermind la, when i'm done i'll put on my glasses and see what it is.
so yup, after i showered i went back to check on it and and GEEZ man it was a freaking SPIDER!!! ok spiders aren't really on my list of worst nightmares but STILL, it's a whole other species it being not classified as an insect but some eight legged creature thingy. its damn gross la i tell u with its 8 legs pretending to be sleeping but i bet it's like waiting to jump on me or something.
YUCKS. i can't believed i SHOWERED with a FREAKING SPIDER. i feel harassed. thank god for blurred vision if not i would have ended up not showering at all. (yes damn gross but i don't care)
anyway, i'm safe and sound. and the beetle DID fly out of my room. wheeeee =)
