UPDATES!!!

We can do these in a timeline, like history!

Lots of neat things have happened.

1. I have a new doctor, he's done more for me in 30 minutes than all my previous doctors have done over the last eight years.

2. I was filmed and interviewed for a documentary about CFS. I haven't seen it (it's not done yet) but I have been told that my part was very impactful. I just hope I had good hair lol.

3. I have a new Kitty, her name is Kunoichi (NINJA GIRL!) She's a snuggly little panther. Here she is snuggling with Baby Mew.

4. I have a live-in aid now, her name is Joanne, and she works as a nutritionist, so I am no longer starvin'. She takes care of me in exchange for a rent agreement (basically, she doesn't pay rent, lol).

5. I went to see Jamey in Virginia for my birthday. I went for a motorcycle ride, he made me real southern barbecque, he baked me a yum yum cheesecake! And I converted him to the wonderful whedonverse of Buffy. He is now a fan. He didn't really want me to publish that hehe, too late, hon (: We also had a lot of fun snuggling and stuff.

6. I turned 26! (Sept 16th). Now I'm officially the same age as Garret.

7. I saw his Holiness the Dalai Lama at my hotel on my way home from Virginia. I missed my connection due to bad weather, and the airline put me up in a hotel. He's wicked old and he wasn't walking too well, so I got a GOOD LONG LOOK. It's definitely him. HOW COOL IS THAT?!

8. I went to the wedding/handfasting of Frank and Meg, it was really cool, and they looked so happy! I hope their honeymoon is kickass.

9. I no longer am having terrible foot pain that was caused by an old injury. I didn't really bother bitching about it. My new doctor told me to wear birkenstocks. I compromised and bought flat sandals. When I wear them my feet really improve. I love it when a doctor's advice actually helps (:.

10. I have been participating in physical therapy in the swimming pool. I have been making great progress, and my legs are looking like real legs again (muscles included lol). I started only doing 4 laps (it's a therapy pool, so a lap is like 40 feet), and now I'm up to 9 laps. Plus other stuff too. I seem to be able to tolerate pool movement with minimal relapse (compared to any movement out of the pool making me laid up for days or weeks). If I keep this up, I'll be a swim champ haha.

11. My neice bought this tiny and cute little dog. It's a teacup yorkshire breed. It got a haircut because it has really long hair (and it's so little!). But here are some of the pics I took (:

12. I've been making money playing Second Life. So yes, I'm still making money playing videogames lol.

13. I bought Puzzle Quest for my Pink DS as a christmas present to myself.

14. I'm almost all paid off with all my debtlyness. I consider this a great feat when I'm not making very much money right now.

15. I made a great impression on my District Manager, not that this is something that will advance my career (haha career) or anything, but it made it actually FUN to work with her. I also managed to impress my store manager on the very same day. Wes usually has nothing but good to say about me. It's pretty cool to have a good work environment.

That's an awful lot! But you know, I'm always doing stuff, but usually at a pretty slow pace, since I'm working at 10% capacity. Hopes are that with pool therapy I'll gain back some of my health, and create new options. In the next few weeks I can look forward to halloween, seeing Jamey, and watching my awesome friends John and Kathy marry each other. There will be ponies. There will be cake. I will be happy ^_^

Make a joyful noise! And if you are in a bad way, maybe you can come over and eat something Joanne baked. She bake GUD!
