Well I am well overdue for an update.
Im at Uni and suprisingly I bloody love it this year.
Everythings good.
I do English and Journalism and apart from a few shite poetry units, its ace!
I made friends in the first week with this girl called Sarah who lives with a girl I knew last year. And from knowing Sarah I met a few other people. Then when we started seminars I go to know people in there. And wednesdays we all go for dinner at a pub in between lectures, its bloody good.
Sarah is lovely, really my type of person, shes silly and dead nice, her and Kate have asked me to live with them next year as well.
Im living at the Junxion, and its a pretty posh pad, got my room looking lovely and generally cosy.
Im liking living with Lisa again, Im closer to her this year I think.
Had many a good night out, mainly thanks to Sam my flatmtes 85% absynth which actually is like a drug it goes straight to your head and makes you feel amazing!
We have been to a few parties of the people on our floor and the first floor, some of them are quite cool and are on my course and they call me English girl.
Went through a stage of being desperate for money, having handed 20 CVs all over the shop. Then all of a sudden got four interviews in two weeks, one was for Trebles for singles which I didnt get because I can't work over Crimbo.
The other was for Toys R Us AKA. HARDEST INTERVIEW IN THE WORLD EVER. Seriously I was there for two hours, and totally ruined my life.
We first had to get in partners and introduce them. Fair dues.
Then we had to go to the front and be given a random suprise object to talk about for as long as we could. Well easy enough some might say. I get up there and they hand me a RUBBER. What does a rubber do apart from rub out? So I stood there like er errr err, this is a rubber its white its square it er rubs stuff out? Then im stood there like a complete pleb of England holding this rubber and my knees shake and she asks me if I want to sit down.
Then we all had to debate on issues, then we had to do a presentation on a toy. It was only for a christmas temp job!!!!!!! For christs sake.
I respect Dole Scum, can't be arsed with this americanized job shite.
But anyway two days after when my faith in the world we live in today had gone, I got an interview for The Shed, which is a trendy modern bar on campus. The interview went amazingly! Answers were just falling out my mouth and the 3 people who were interviewing me were laughing at stuff I said. And I got the job! Its so ace. I dont have to work when its not term times as its on campus. And its so so simple compared to spoons, theres only one glasswash its that quiet. And it takes 20 mins to clean down with 2 staff on.
Possibly going out with the staff tommorow, although they are still under the impression like a many people who don't know me that im quiet sweet and blonde. Ha.
I have hardly been home, im starting to miss it. I miss Kian most though and when I see him now hes not the same with me and it makes me really sad, he changes so much everytime I see him. But hes the person I miss the most. Im not gonna leave his side over christmas!
It is soon going to be my birthday, its on the 10th which is a Sunday, so hopefully going out on the Saturday. So if anyone wants to come you know when to book it off, and you should know I hold my birthday celebrations as a true friendship test! Those who do not attend will recieve a scowl.
I need some new clothes and its stressing me out, total crisis point at the mo. I have nothing cool anymore. Well I have a cool coat, if I didn't I would die. I keep buying stuff from the British Heart Foundation they have an ace vintage section.
Right the main problem in my life, if my frigging toilet. I have never EVER seen or blocked a toilet in my life, but for some reason my toilet is cursed and blocks all the time, you don't even have to do a number two!
So I have to keep going to reception and telling them about it, and its happened again, and Im pissed off. I dont wanna be known by the accomadation team as giant poo girl, do you know what I mean? Its the frigging plumbing in my room not me thanx.
But yeah thanks to that I am officially giant poo girl.
Erm I have missed loads out but to sum it up, I love uni, I love suduko, I love Peperamis, I love Holly and I love Nintendo DS.
Oo and im reading Jane Eyre for English it is good.
