omg! im so happy. I went onto whoafreelayouts, and I found out that they just changed their membership to an open one! so I finally got to join. and, I found that blue/bright green/hot pink layout that I have wanted.
but, I just changed my layout. and I really like this one. sooo. I just saved it.
I may use it. I dont know yet. because both my layout and the one I wanted are both really cute ♥
