anywhoo.... got new schedules at work.. I still have the 4pm-12am shift... which I'm cool with.. and my days off are.... get this... SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!!!!!!!!!! No more of the BS of being left here alone on SATS!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Erin is a bad ass supervisor, and Jon is a great lead... I'm so happy that they're my sup/lead!! Erin is on a good basis with us, sup to agent wise. And Jon is very helpful in coaching when he monitors my calls.... This is going to be a good time in save... YAY!!!

They're training a few more people for save, and 2 of them are prollay not gonna fare well. One has a huge ego, and is determined that he is the BEST, when in all actuallity, he is flat out obnoxious, and thinks WAAAAY too highly of himself... Oh! yeah, have I mentioned yet that he talkes to customers like they're STUPID??!!! Yeah.. he does that... HOW on earth he get's customer commendations is beyond me. I'm nothing but helpful to people.. I do know, that at one point, he was telling the customer that he should talk to a supervisor about his GREAT help, etc... so in all technicallity, he was practically forcing a commendation on him... which you are NOT supposed to do. *sigh* oh well.. they'll prollay end up messin themselves up in the end when they get monitored... lol

YAY!!!!! I'm making my own sign for my OWN DESK!!! MUAHAHAHA.... that means I'll get to kick people out of my desk if they show up.. lol.. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE that's great!!!! Now I just gotta bring things in for my desk. Like my Commendation cards and everything. =)
