I work for an ISP out of Oregon and our billing department does the same thing. I can't stand it.

it's just incredibly annoying, we go into wrap (after-call) for a reason... just in case the call drops or whatever.... now.. if someones been in wrap for like 6 mins.. i can understand a slight buzing, but jesus... right as soon as someone does it!? not even 30 seconds into it?!??!?! wtf?!?!

Wait you get to turn warp on and off. Mine is 30 sec. right after a call and when its up another call is coming in.

and I'm doing fine.
