Relay Calls
Well... I feel a little bit better about myself now...
I just took a relay call from another agent to help him out. The gentleman who needed the relay was uncertain about a lot of things, and wanted to start playing live using his Rainbow Six 3 game disc.
I relay-walked him through it, and he was very appreciative of it, and was incredibly "sorry for his stubbornness", and I assured him via operator it was no problem getting him connected.
*sigh* good times.... good times
