Part I Part II Part III Part IV Part V Part VI In honor of the new Britney video HOLD IT AGAINST ME coming on Thursday I decided to do a couple posts with all her previous videos (because I love them so)
Womanizer (2008)

I love this one. It takes the concept of multi-personality/multi-look Britney of Toxic and puts it in a new setting... or a few of them. There's some fun dancing, costumes and personalities. She's an oblivious girlfriend, feeding her man breakfast. A tempting temp, a sexy waitress, a less than sane chauffeur.
Circus (2008)

I love this song. It's practically my theme song, and my chosen ringtone on all of my friends' phones (they all agreed it was fitting). I love the Circus theme of the video, song and album. Xtina did the circus them for a couple of her videos a couple years ago and it was amazing also. I really love the whole nostalgic Circus of the 1930s theme, it's a beautiful era and ripe with potential for videos. It's a perfect video, even though there's not all that much in the way of dancing, something I've always really loved about Britney videos.
If U Seek Amy (2009)

Okay, so there was some controversy about this song, and while I hear what they're saying she's saying (yeah, it's a little obvious), I don't think everyone got there on their own. Not without the help of the news media bitching about it on CNN and the morning talk shows. It's a pop song and there have been a lot more songs that were WAY more suggestive than this one (I'm A Slave 4 U is supposed to be about dance, but the video suggests differently when it's an orgy taking place in a sauna) so I really don't understand why they were freaking out about it. I like the video for it, with the whole 'behind closed doors' theme of it all...
Radar (2009)

I know this song was on the Blackout album, but I didn't really like it until the Circus album anyway. The video is an obvious tribute to the Madonna video where she falls in love with a matador (polo player makes more sense in my world, what the hell is up with matadors?). It's like a three minute movie, so I really like that because it's interesting, and it the story makes sense with the lyrics (so much more sense the video for Take A Bow being about a matador).
Kill the Lights (2008)

I really love this song, it was one of my favorites off the Circus album. It's another animated video, which makes me wonder if she's going to be releasing an animated video for each album from here on out. There's obviously no dancing because of the animation, which I don't like. Not like I want to see an animated dance number, but I really miss Britney dancing in her videos.

It's not the greatest song, but not the worst either. The video isn't great though. Britney dancing around in a swimsuit, but not really dancing. There's very little dancing in this video. And this song was full of potential concepts that just didn't deliver.
