Hmm...yeah.
Ya know I really am happy to be home. Traveling in a car really sucks. It takes too damn long. I think traveling in general just takes too long. We need to get those scientists working on teleportation device thingies so it can be quicker. The trip was good though I had a lot of fun. The babies did cry a lot, but I had my cd player so I drowned them out with loud music lol.
I was mad at Selene though cause I asked her very nicely if she would go to my house Sunday and switch the tape in the VCR when it ran out. Well I got over it though and she did have a good excuse that she told me on Monday. What was I recording you ask? The FINA World Swimming Championships were on this weekend and I didn't want to miss Michael so I left it recording. When I finally started watching the tape I learned that Mikey wouldn't be swimming for the rest of the weekend. He was having back problems (from lack of rest, ah this boy does too much) and he decided to leave and probably go home and finally get rest. I hope he's not hurt. Aww I'll take care of that back problem...tee hee. But seriously remember when I was hurting because of my back? Yeah it sucks so poor him. Speaking of Michael...remember that challenge at blend_it? Yeah I got home and surprise I got 1st place! Woo hoo, I'm so happy! Here's my pretty banner...and umm click to see the blend.
Anywho so...on the trip not only did we see the Dallas Cowboys play(and lose), but we also went to Six Flags and Ripleye's Believe it or Not, and Louis Toussad's wax museum. I was so scared of getting on the rides at six flags. I was just psyched cause they're so high up. Yeah I have bruises on my arms to prove that I was so scared I was holding on for dear life. OMG Ripley's museum was the most awesome thing in the world. They have so many weird things and I love it! It was my favorite thing to see on our trip. The wax museum was amazing too. It's unbelievable how these wax figures look like the real thing. OMG they had a LOTR display. No Legolas though. They had Gimli,Gandalf,an orc, and Lurtz. Everytime I go somewhere I'll be sure to look for the Ripley's museums, they're everywhere.
So yeah I had fun. It wouldn't stop raining up in Dallas, which I loved. Except when it stopped briefly it would get all humid and gross. Isn't that weord, it's the same state and the weather changes drastically? Hmm cool. Anyway so if I remember anything cool that happened I'll update. I'll be busy going through your entries.
