i obviously suck at this whole updating thing
Ahh ok where to begin...thursday Laura, Jess, & I went to Laura K's for dinner. We had fettuccini alfredo and laura made this ice cream cake thing for dessert..everything was sooo good. Then we all decided to jump on the trampoline. I seriously had so much fun on the trampoline, it was great. I dont ever remember having that much fun on a trampoline before. After dinner, we went to Rennee's house. Her house is soo nice. Seeing how nice her house is makes me wanna get a house next year, but only if it was nice like that. I dont think I could live in a typical on campus Canisius house. So me and Jess had a little to drink and then Renee and all her friends went downtown. So we were driving back to Cara's and stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings to use the bathroom. Then we decided to get some food there. We ended up staying there for a few hours just talking. But it was good talking..we talked about a lot of stuff that was really random that we never really talked about much before..growing up,pregnancy, poitics..everything. We're goin to Rochacha Friday-Saturday to visit Lola and Jess.
In the car, Laura K and I were talking about how we think we've changed a lot since high school. I am really thankful that I met the right friends (& boyfriend) this year to make me into a better person and change my life in a positive way. I dont care how corny any of this sounds..thats really how I feel. I am so happy I have Laura,Laura, Cara, & Jess in my life. Everyone taught me something different this past year & I couldn't have asked for anything better. I always knew I had great friends, but when I got home Thurs night I was like wow..I just had the best time sitting at a table for three hours talking about everything and none of us wanted to leave..we wanted to keep talking. Ok enough of that mushy stuff...
Yesterday (sat.) was Drew's grandparents 50th Anniversary party. We went to mass at 8:15 then to the Holiday in on Grand Island (the haunted one) for a little party. The hotel is by Drew's boat house so we went and got the boat and went on a few rides with his family. I also saw Drew wakeboard for the first time, it was awesome. I think he's really good..and it looked really fun..but water is NOT my thing. I really like Drew's family, they're all soo nice to me. They make me feel really comfortable.
Yesterday also just happened to be mine and Drew's 9 month anniversary. He took me to Flying Tigers Friday for dinner. He also gave me daisies..I love them. I feel like I am so lucky to have found Drew, I love him soo much and I have the best time just doing nothing with him...wow this has all been really corny..you can tell I'm feeling emotional. Sorry.
I gotta shower, I just did pilates...
