wow..work sucks...
aight, so josh quit his job at allstar cuz he got a better one...so, im being killed with his hours...at the moment, i have 48 hours in...but i work a double tomorrow, and the shortest double, of the 3 ive worked, was 9.5 hours...so heres to hopin its shorter than that...
anyways, i have a definitely 6 hours on saturday, cuz they gave me a definitive schedule for saturday...im the first, and only person to have a definitive schedule...they never do that to anyone, cuz when we get slow, they cut people so they dont have to pay so many people to stand around and do nothing, and you never know when we are gonna get slow, so none of us have definitive schedules...anyways! back to my hours, i work 9-3 on saturday...but 3 should be when i get cut, so ill prolly work 9-3:30 on saturday...and then i work 4:30-close(5.5 hours) on sunday...
so, i have 11.5 hours still to come, plus whatever i work during my double tomorrow...so, with the 11.5 hours added to what i have now, ill work 59.1 hours, plus whatever i work tomorrow...which is gonna give me a NICE paycheck a week from monday! lol, im excited!
but, my hours will be cut soon, cuz we are hiring someone to replace josh, and someone to replace lacie...we are also hiring a cook, and a couple servers...meaning hostesses, cooks, and server hours are gonna be cut...which totally sucks...it also means that imma be trainin people again, which sucks even more! cuz the first person i trained walked out, and the second one quit cuz it was too upbeat...stephanie says that the problem is that im too efficient for them to keep up...people come in, i seat them, grab their drinks, and go...im always on the run...steph says that because im so efficient, they feel like they gotta tryta measure up to how fast i work to keep the customers happy, and it freaks them out, and they start stressin out...so i asked her if she was gonna keep makin me train people and her response was "HELL YEAH I AM! youre the most efficient hostess we have, and if we can get the others trained to be that efficient, then we will have really happy customers!" so yeah...imma be trainin people prolly next week...*shrugs*
