Someone really has to explain this whole "NFL Head coaching criteria"

If you are a team in search of a new head coach for your franchise, what are your criterias for this position

Cameron ending up with the Raiders is a distinct possibility, so at least someone is looking at real talent, even if there'd be a bit of rivalry behind that move

For some reason the Raiders have more of an interest in Lofton, the Chargers WR coach.

Your thoughts on Payton and Fassel are both spot-on, Marinelli...I don't know what to say about him, and Mike Sherman...well, the Packers fans I know seem to really detest him, and I can't explain why.

Carthon...why is he so great? Nothing in their season has made me really think so highly of him.
