[ Rasler sits outside of community housing four under the roof as to not get wet. He's listening to the rainfall, and enjoying it. There wasn't much in terms of rainfall during his stay in Dalmasca, and he is taking it in while he can. The change in pace and setting allow him to think, about what happened back home. Without the war, and his troops ( Read more... )

thinking, what is he talking about, angst, i do infact like the rain, voice

Mist? I haven't heard of that form of energy, though maybe if they upgrade again, we'll get it.

As for the backlog...I understand. I really do.

Yes. It's hard to explain, but it's a natural occurrence that can be used for magic, and as an energy source.

It's a strange feeling isn't it?

Hm. No wonder they won't less us have it, then. It sounds powerful enough for us to take advantage of easily.

It is, and if I knew the cure, I would tell you.

You're pretty new, aren't you? If you still have questions or want to meet more people, the Welcome Center's always open.

Well, it took sometime for us to master it as an energy source. But after that we found ways to use it in weapons and what not.

Some say that rest helps, but they say that about every ailment don't they?

Yes. I remember someone mentioning that when I arrived.

Good. I want to be sure that word gets around and sometimes with the influx of New Feathers, it's hard to be sure that it spread evenly.

I'm not sure I would say that rest helps. Perhaps doing the opposite and throwing yourself into things here might make her feel less adrift. That's what I did, when I first arrived and I think it helped more than spending time resting would have done.

I see what you mean, by saying that. Especially since I can't do much about what's happening back home.

Neither can I. There's a lot of rebuilding that needs to be done, and I can't be there for any of it, yet. At least there's one slight comfort, though; when we return home, supposedly we return to the same point in time in which we left. You won't lose any time by being here.

That must be so difficult. In my world there is a war to be won, and perhaps then I can think about rebuilding my homeland. I've been told, it's a bit of a comfort, knowing that things won't change now that we're here.

It is, if a little frustrating. I'll help when I return, but until then...there isn't anything that can be done.

Sorry, I should have introduced myself a while ago. I'm Rydia of Mist.

It most certainly is, and it will probably test my patience.

Pleased to meet you. I'm Rasler.
