One cannot use Mist if there is no Mist to be used.

What do mean no Mist? Does this mean we can't use Magick?

Magicks are yet possible here but there is less strength to them.

They seem less powerful then they ought to be.

It is not so, although you will find it perhaps doing less then you might expect.
