I apologize for my quiet as of late. I am feeling much more like myself, now.
[...] I have seen it spoken of already, however, we may as well make a formal matter of it. Although the loss of life and injuries sustained by the earthquake were, naturally, the first priority, we must now make reconstruction the focus. Not only the restoration of electricity to those places that lost it, but a shoring up of buildings, clearing of rubble, etc.
As a start, I think it would be a good idea to get a feeling for
a) who among us can provide temporary lighting, either through "powers" or simple candles and flashlights.
b) who among us have skill in construction, electrician's work, etc.
and c) who among us have supplies or are willing to attempt to gather them.
The rest of us, I think, should work to keep the monsters subdued and the injured tended to, so that those of us with those abilities can work in the most efficient-and, thus, fastest-manner possible.

Some time ago, I made arrangements to have my powers restored to me. I then put it off in light of events; however, I am now anxious to have my chip removed. When can this be arranged?

As well, there is the matter of Adachi's arrival (or, I should say, return).
