As of today, "America" and "Russia" have been released from jail and set to do "community service" for the remainder of their sentence. America will be assisting in the caretaking of the animals at the barn; Russia will be joining the team working to restore electricity to the buildings.
They were charged with "reckless endangerment", and this sentence was agreed on as fair by all. They will be kept an eye on and expected to stay out of trouble, however, they are to return to their respective homes and rejoin the community. Any questions or concerns should be brought to my or another officer's attention; thank you.

I trust no one has a problem with this solution? Russia, as I understand, is the "dangerous" of the two; he will on the electricity project be under the direct supervision of another officer; Yamagishi. It was her own suggestion. [ ... ]
Furthermore, so long as this temporary "leadership" of mine lasts, I have asked Credo to assist me, as he is [ ... ] somewhat better with people than I often am. I admit to having little to no experience in commanding a group; comments and suggestions are [ ... ] welcome.
