This went moderately well last time, so, allow me to repeat the endeavor.
To the best of my knowledge, our active investigations are as follows:
• The so-called "hospital murder." "Hol Horse" was killed in the hospital by a "vampire." The lead for this case is Hiwatari; also working on it are Tir and Shijo Tsunami. Please take this opportunity to share what you have learned thus far, if anything.
• The earthquake centered in Horton some days ago; a suspected chip removal. I know that Leon Kennedy was investigating it; has it been confirmed as a reckless accident?
• The death of Rika Furude. [ ... ] She was turned into a monster by some means, and then killed by Credo in that form; the circumstances are, I believe, excusable on his part. This all happened in front of Cecil, a known criminal; there was insufficient proof at the time but I suspect his involvement. I do not believe she has yet revived; when she does, she will need to be questioned. As well, Tir, what came of your talk with Cecil?
• Lawyers. Has sentencing been worked out for Kadaj? As well, what are the formal charges and sentences for the countries, America and Russia? We can hardly leave them in jail indefinitely, especially without charges.
Are there any other matters or cases that require the force's, or my, attention? I [ ... ] am not in charge, merely attempting to organize things somewhat. Please announce whatever I have overlooked, and join in the investigations where needed.

I am a member of the police force here, and a private detective by profession; I have been working independently as such since I was thirteen, and with assistance for a few years longer. I have been here in this city on and off since last December, and on the police all that time.
Despite the whining of a few, the police force here is not leadership or anything other than people with a desire to do good in this place; as such, I would be happy to help in any matter you may address, as well as answer any question or concern.
