i bought myself a new pair of slippers and it felt good, as always. it's been almost a year since i last bought a pair which eventually ended up with my brother, so i'm a bit smug about my buying of a new pair. also, for the past year or so, i've been wearing slippers not my own; so there, another reason to rejoice for my new pair.
but what's the big deal with a new pair, really? well, for a slippers-person like me, it's one hell of a great freaking deal! back during my dorm days, i always had so many pairs which i can wear whenever i feel like wearing a different pair (though i only wear one pair most of the time) which changed drastically when i went to live with my siblings.
i just hope i could salvage this pair from my brother's somewhat callous way of wearing slippers.
so there, a new pair! hooray!
